We are dedicated to safeguarding young learners. Code Mastery Lab operates in compliance with COPPA, GDPR-Kids, and DPDP Child Data Protection Rules.
1. Age Restriction (13+ Requirement)
Code Mastery Lab is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or submit any personal information.
2. COPPA & DPDP Child Data Protections
In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and national data protection laws, if we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.
3. Parental Rights & Account Removal Requests
Parents or legal guardians of users under 18 have statutory rights to: (a) Review personal data collected from their child, (b) Refuse further data collection, and (c) Request complete account and data erasure. Requests can be submitted to support@codemasterylab.com (Attn: Child Safety).
4. AI Content Moderation & Safe Environment
Our AI Mentorship and community forums enforce strict automated content filters to prevent inappropriate language, bullying, or unsafe interactions. All AI interactions are sandboxed to maintain a supportive learning environment.
