1. Proprietary Curriculum & Material Ownership
All educational materials, MDX documents, coding challenges, video demonstrations, and platform graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Code Mastery Lab Inc. Unauthorized copying, mirroring, scraping, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
2. User Code Ownership & License
You retain 100% full ownership of the source code you write inside our embedded Monaco IDE workspace. By utilizing our optional AI Mentorship features, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited processing license solely to evaluate test cases and generate debugging feedback.
3. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly posted on our platform, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing: (a) Physical/electronic signature of copyright owner, (b) Identification of copyrighted work, (c) URL location of infringing material, and (d) Your contact details.
4. Counter-Notification & Restore Procedure
If material you posted was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, material will be restored within 10-14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
